Redefining education
through beloved identity.
What is The Homestead Academy?
The Homestead Academy is an independent, Christ-centered school model that seeks to develop learners with hands-on, project-based experiential learning, coupled with academic learning processes drawn from around the world. THA serves as a homeschool academic enrichment program as well.
The Homestead Academy fosters an innovative educational approach that follows the micro school movement. A micro school is an education experience with a small, mixed age student population, places an emphasis on experiential learning and mastering or understanding curricula and material.
THA is a learning community that builds interpersonal skills, individual student-tailored learning, and customized curriculum and academic platforms. THA was born out of a necessity to develop each child based on their specific learning needs instead of the widespread systemic approach, and to foster the beloved identity in each soul.
